Returns & Refunds

Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your Vantage Heritage purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we accept returns within 7 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unworn and unwashed
  • In original condition with all tags attached
  • In original packaging
  • Returned within 7 days of delivery

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items marked as final sale
  • Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
  • Items without original tags
  • Gift cards

How to Return

  1. Contact us via our contact page with your order number
  2. We will provide you with a return authorization and instructions
  3. Pack your items securely in the original packaging
  4. Ship the package to the address provided

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

If you'd like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact us. Exchanges are subject to availability.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
