Returns & Refunds Policy

At Vantage Heritage, we want you to love every piece you receive. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.

Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unworn and unwashed
  • In original condition with all tags attached
  • In original packaging
  • Free from perfume, deodorant, or any other stains

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Sale or discounted items marked as final sale
  • Intimate apparel and swimwear for hygiene reasons
  • Gift cards
  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper care

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact us at support@vantageheritage.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

We offer free exchanges for size or colour changes within 30 days of delivery. Contact us at support@vantageheritage.com to arrange an exchange.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
