Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your order via the carrier's website or by logging into your account on our store.
Shipping Restrictions
We are unable to ship to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers for express orders. Standard shipping to PO Boxes is available for domestic orders only.
Duties & Taxes
For international orders, customs duties, taxes, and import fees may apply upon delivery. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our shipping fees.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at support@vantageheritage.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to investigate and resolve the issue.
